The General Assembly adjourned last night after fulfilling a bold agenda that will underscore Maryland’s reputation for liberal policies and become part of Governor Martin O’Malley’s political resume. The legislature’s 90-day session was certainly nothing like the fiasco that disgraced last year’s conclusion.
