Two deadlines are looming in Annapolis. A week from Monday is the last day of the legislative session – and lawmakers are working finish up business and pass some laws before it’s all over. Monday marks the end of open enrollment on Maryland’s health care exchange. WYPR’s Joel McCord sat down with State House reporter Christopher Connelly to talk about the deadlines and what they mean.

If you ran into problems trying to get health insurance on the online exchange, Maryland Health Secretary Joshua Sharfstein says the state will work with you to make sure you get coverage – even if it that process goes past the March 31 deadline for open enrollment.
